Has anyone ever tried to make their own aloe enemas or anything like that?

There were several posts about homemade enemas. I tried doing a search for you but I came up empty. :(

I make my own Vitamin E enemas, I used to use boiled water and add the liguid from Vit E pill. These days I use 25mg of Predsol and add liquid from 3 Vit E pills.
