I'm not drinking kefir, but I had a fermented drink yesterday called Synergy. It's Kombucha...it has probiotics, digestive enzymes, amino acids and other good stuff in it. It tasted pretty good, too. Ever had it? I'm still looking into the kefir.

 Did anyone try getting Kefir grains yet?

I have been drinking that stuff for 2 months now and feeling good.
