Thanks, guys. This really helps get me motivated to get back into my workout pattern. A good yoga video, my favorite, is by Shiva Rhea - called Yoga Shakti. You can program your own yoga sequence easily to fit what you want to do and how you are feeling.
I'm going to go to the gym. Yeah, can't run very well, but i will walk on the treadmill, use the EFX and lift some weights/do squats. I need to get in control of my life and i'm sure this will help. UC can't keep me home forever! :)
