There was some mention of this on posts a little while ago, but I didn't really read any specific answers. I have read that taking two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before meals can help quell colon inflammation etc. I have been doing it, and I really think it might be helping. Has anyone else tried this? Also are there any dangers to ACV consumption? I heard that it might cause tooth enamel to erode. Anyway, these are random questions, but if anyone has any thoughts, they would be much appreciated.

It tastes as gross as it smells, there's probably better tasting stuff out there that likely has more benefit...like with everything, what works for one doesn't work for all and you won't know what works for you until you try.

No harm in taking it unless you get stomach aches I would think. Enamel erosion would only happen if you swish it around in your mouth. You can dilute in in water and use a straw without it ever touching your tongue or teeth.

My only "two cents" when we discussed it before was that you should use organic - when I've read about using it they mixed it with honey and I also said the best honey is buckwheat honey.

I had heard of taking apple cider vinegar, and actually tried it straight,(not smart) but I could not bear the taste, but I found the Haldi berry drink, also contains organic apple cider vinegar, so that is why I wondered if that was part of the reason I had such success coming off my meds,(colozal and steroids).  What is interesting, is that the drinks actually are enjoyable to drink.  Good luck, and I hope the acv helps
