Uveitis

 Hi,yesterday i posted that i had sore eyes and had several replys one was from Judilyn saying about a condition called Uveitis.Well went to dr today as eye no better and was sent straight to hospital where i was told had the beginings of Uveitis so am now doing eye drops every 2hrs and ointment bd but thanks to Judilyn and this site my sight has been saved .Am learing more about U/C every day and all the added complications that go with it your advice is truely a godsend Have now got to get myself some glasses as can't wear my contact lenses should have got some anyway but kept putting it off.small price to pay for still being able to see A big thank you Judilyn and everyone else keep up the good work

Lambkins, I'm so glad you followed through with your doctor. Unfortunately, some of the "extras" that go along with this disease can be almost worse than the UC.

Thanks for all your replys eye starting to feel a bit better though it is a pain doing 2hly eye drops LOL as i have my eldest sons glasses on i normally wear contact lenses but can't at moment had to get some quick but not ready until wed/thur i know not the best thing to do but have to be able to see had never heard of it before but hospital said how serious it can be left untreated so thanks to you got it sorted quickly
