I have been drinking veg juice for like a week now. First time in my life that I have been drinking this stuff. Still trying to get used to the ackward taste. I just down the whole cup (about 12fl ounce) all at once twice a day. I put spinich, broccohi, cabbabe, carrots, celery, and couliflower in a 48fl ounce container and drink it over two days. Over the past week I haven't made significant turnarounds on how I feel everyday but I do think that the veg juice does help in terms of having more formed stools. I must be helping somehow, it for sure isn't making my illness any worse. I still think it might be too early for me to say 'yes it works for me' but I am going to try it out for a month and see how I feel. I dont lose anything in trying.
