Any recommendations for a multi-vitamin?

Does anyone know of a good multi-vitamin to take - especially one that is suited for UC? Thanks.

a great one is Multi-Sorb by Country Life b/c it's a softgel.  It absorbs in the stomach so you get the full benefits of the capsule vs the enteric coated ones that start to break down in your intestines and only get half of the benefits.

hi

my gp recommended DS-24 which i have been using for about 3 weeks now and i must say it does work for me....it 's one capsule you take daily and it has various nutrients in, DS stands for DAILY SUPPLEMENT. I think i have finally found something that works for me

I take forvia. It is a vitamin especially made for UC. Check out there website Forvia.com

I use Forvia as well. The chewables are great when you're tired of swallowing pills!
I also supplement with a children's multi as well. Right now - gummie Scooby ones!

I can't tolerate iron so I take a children's vitamin. A Flintstone immune boaster.
