I just started the patch today and have been vomiting....anybody have the same? if so for how long does it last? I'm starting with the 21mg.

Hmm, I've never tried the patch before but I've heard vomiting can happen, especially if you're on too high of a dose for your tolerance. Are there any with a smaller dosage?

I quit smoking using the patch last year. I started with the highest dosage patch and never had any vomiting.

If you've never smoked before, or you quit awhile ago, you might be getting sick from too much nicotine.

I quit smoking 5 years ago and my gastro put me on the patch to see if it would control my UC..my dr. said if the vomiting continues to switch to a smaller dosage...thanks for all of your replies!
