I am curious to hear about
what keeps people here in remission. I am sure were not all flaring. I would consider a good remission <5 controlled BMs per day without blood or mucus.
There have been recent posts about Spinach, Haldi, Probiotics, Digestive advantage, etc. and they work wonders for some poeple.
Please if you are in remission give us more info on how you think you accomplished it and what helps you maintain it. Like princesa said on another post that she owes her well being to change in lifestyle, therapies and maintenace meds. If you wouldn't mind elaborating a little that would be appreciated.
