redface  Please help!! My body is really sore especially my chest, the last time I went to the doctor he told me that I had some inflammation in my chest, and that i can only take anti flammatory for 3 days, if i took any more that it would cause it internal bleeding, (i guess in the colon) well my chest is hurting again, so im scared to take any anit-flam meds. Any advice would be great.

Hello there,
May I suggest that you try inhaling steam ? Pour boiling water into a bowl add 2 tablespoons of vinegar - place a towel over your head and the bowl ( take care of the hot steam ) and inhale for 10 mins. Afterwards stay in the warm and keep warm esp. your feet !!

Hi..inflammation in your chest...where exactly? muscular, intercostal, internal?

It is on my right side as where is the colitis, hurts when i move breathe, etc. Any suggestions :)

did they take any x-rays of your chest? i have such bad pneumonia one time that it felt like there was an elephant sitting on my chest and thats what my mom recommended too was inhaling steam but she would just put me in the bathroom and turned on the shower really hot until the whole bathroom was full
