Live 20 minutes west of Nashville, TN. Born in southern WV, graduated Marshall University, moved Atlanta and continued another 4 years school.... eck 9 years total. Met wife there, moved close to Nashville since her family is from here. Just far enough away for the out-laws to call before they come over since it's a drive for them, lol.

Sue, did you ever hear the joke about your town? I'm sure you've heard your share but on the northwest of the Detroit Metro area, they say that in order to get to Climax you have to go thru Hell :) Michigan sure does have some funny named towns don't they??

Btw, for anyone that is interested, we actually do have a town here in Michigan called Hell.

He was my Dad's GI, and my GI in the hospital. He was the one that told me in the hospital that I had UC instead of Crohn's. It was really hard to tell at the beginning. My Dr. is Dr. Neal. He's great. What a small world. Do u live around the Town and Country area? I'm in Citrus Heights and have been with Kaiser since I was maybe 5 years of age.

Ha, my boyfriend is from Phoenixville, PA, and GO PHILLIES is right on! :-) Fortunately we've found a great Philly Cheesesteak place here in California that actually has the Amorosa (sp?) rolls shipped from Philly and all the Philly food and memorabilia to go along with it....don't want him to get too homesick!

Well, I lived in Orangevale until about 2 weeks ago and I moved in with my boyfriend (it's hard to say boyfriend at 49!) and now I live in Rocklin.

What a small world, my family lives in Orangevale. It's a wonderful place. Rocklin still isn't that far away. How cool is that! Nice to know of someone with UC in the same town. I bet it feels weird saying Boyfriend at that age, but it still works right?

Ah Philly cheesteaks!  Really bad for UC but I have one maybe once a year.  They are delicious and always on the food network.  Last week it of course was a show on Geno's and Pat's Steaks in south philly.  I guess we take them for granted here!

Ah, I know Stacy, they are sooo bad, but soooo good! We usually end up splitting one. The funniest part is the first time I went to visit Philly, my boyfriend kept on saying how great Cheesesteaks were and he couldn't wait for me to try them....I'm not much of a beef person but I told him I'd try a bite....yeah, right. Now I'm hooked....with sweet and hot peppers and ketchup. Now that's bad! :-)
