Re my post from yesterday, Sorry for my delayed response, but it all kind of went to pieces yesterday afternoon! Thanks for all your replies especially Brandon you made me laugh during an extremely traumatising afternoon/evening. I seemed to lose the ability to think and my whole evening was spent feeling nauseus and faint.
I have vowed never to use Kleen Prep again. It took 4 hours to start working and by which time I had drank 2 and a half litres of minging fluid!! and I looked 6 months pregnant with very loud tummy gremlins! When it did finally start to move it was very little and very often (10 times + per hour) and took from 4pm until 9pm and then churned all night and started moving again this morning. To say I am somewhat sore is an understatement! I could smell the vanilla aroma all night long and felt like I was going to vomit in my sleep! and after all that it didn't do a wonderful job and I had to warn my consultant that I felt it may not be too pleasant in there, all in all rather embarrassing and totally deflating for all the effort.
Anyway I had the colonoscopy this morning and begged for as much sedation as possble, apparently I o/d'd on Entinox and they took it away as I went a bit la la, not that I can remember too much about it thank god but the report says 'difficult procedure' as patient had discomfort. The good news is I am reacting well to pred and the 'mucosa' is normal now and the inflamation is going, just waiting for biopsy results now and we'll see what happens from here.
Anyway I just wanted to say thank-you for all your support yesterday it was much needed and much appreciated.
