I work out regularly (even when I was bleeding) I found some things to clear up my bleeding, mainly being bee propolis and probiotics and fibre supplements daily and indefinitely, find something to do for exercise though, even if you cannot lift weights at this time, maybe do lighter weights, aquasizing, many forms of yoga are out there too which can help build muscle and keep you fit, same with pilates.
