Well it seems like with UC, diets and everything are trial and error and you have to eat what's best for you. So....I thought, instead of trying to figure out the "miracle cure all diet", maybe we could all share what we like that doesn't bother us and tastes REALLY GOOD. I am new to this and still am looking for tasty ideas.
A couple things I've grown to like:
omelettes w/ spinach and cottage cheese.
smoked salmon is a good treat (higher in salt, but no preservatives-gives that lunch meat taste)
Smoothies - with acaida berry and fruit - or anykind
Still looking for better snack foods and some more ideas. I still eat regular food so to speak, but more moderation.
What are some really good ideas...what are your guys favourites?
