What we also did was also keep track of the foods being eaten as well to see if there was any connection insofar as urgency and frequency were concerned on subsequent BM's
a bm and food diary is essential if you want to make any connections to what you eat and your lifestyle. I also record briefly how I felt that day and what I did especially how much exercise I got. It really is useful give it a go.
