Hep A vaccination when having Colitis ?

We are travelling to Punta Cana in 2 months and my concern is getting the hep A shot while being diagnosed with having Colitis.. Has anyone had any bad side effects.???

I got the Twinrix vaccine (hepA and B) a couple of months ago with no side effects. Now I just have to find a good price on a trip to Cuba in the next couple of months!

Same here, I just got the Hep A & B and no problem whatsoever other then a sore arm :)
