nc_bri, I'm glad you've found some relief with using fibre, key is to stick with it daily.
Discouraged, I take my fibre supplement (cap) at bedtime, only because it's more convient for me, no other reason. Good luck with it, I hope you find some relief with it as well.
It's important that you drink plenty of water regardless of which form of fibre supplement you take.
