I also lost a lot of weight in a 6-7 week period. Not cool when I have spent the last 15 years of my life weight lifting. I have now put on about
13 pounds in the last 8 weeks. I eat all day long and try to keep my caloric intake around 3200-3500 calories (I am very active at work and outside of work). When I am short on calories for the day, I will make some fresh carrot juice and mix in 5 tablespoons of olive oil. This drink gives you about
700 calories. Keep your protein intake up. I find that eggs, chicken, fish and turkey sit the best in my gut (occasionally bacon, love it). I also found that lifting weights through the tough time of loosing weight helped me bounce back in size. It was hard but I too could not stand looking in the mirror.
