Hi, that's funny you should say that because I have thought of baby food, did get some boxed baby rice cereal. Well,that's good to hear that it tastes good, I think I will give that a shot..thanks

I eat baby fruits and vegetables. I buy the stage 2 versions and find they are very easy on my body. The GI fully supports this because she says, "babies grow on this stuff". The food is high in potassium which is good for me because my potaassium is low. The stuff actually tastes good. There is no added sugar or salt and it is convenient to take to work. I keep the fruits cold and warm the veggies. I have tried the meats but they are terrible.
I find that on really bad days, I might have a couple of bottles of baby peaches and feel like I have put something nutritious into me.
Of course when times are good I eat fish or chicken. Todays lunch is shrimp and hot and sour soup without all the veggies and baby mango... yummy!
