The girl on Grey's has C-diff and needs a fecal transplant! It's the little things in the lives of IBD'ers that make your day!

It's a medical drama. It's just cool to see what we go through being portrayed on one of the most popular shows on tv.

I don't know if house would treat C-Diff with pred, I think there's a specific antibiotic used to treat C-Diff that House would likely write a script
for (unless they use pred in conjunction with the antibiotic???), I like House, never watched Grey's Anatomy though.

House would definitely go for the ewww factor, so I think fecal enema would definitely be on the list for him. But it wouldn't be just c-diff....it would be somethingin addition to c-diff..
I personally don't like Grey's anatomy....lost interest after the first season, but it's interesting to hear that they're touching on all the aspects of what's out there...
and not only using pred...House..are you listening?

Last season of Grey's Anatomy wasn't good, but it's much better this season.

I didn't watch Grey's Anatomy but watched some of the last episode of ER. They initially showed flashbacks of previous episodes, and showed a scene in which the doctor gives each of his patients a label, and one patient was 'explosive diarrhea guy'....so that's what they call us UC-types when we're admitted to ER.
Speaking of ER there was a story on ABC news today about
someone in China who accidentally swallowed a pair of 4 inch scissors. Luckily no internal damage was done - 'shear' luck they called it.
