What I believe my problem is

I believe my rectum is not strong enough to move waste long any more. Everything is just sitting in the gut killing me not coming out really, (a little bit still formed but very hard stool with mucus and burns coming out every 3 days now and longer as time goes by[i can feel things starting to get worse]). I can feel my body struggling to empty but can't anymore) I know how to make it better, but that would involve a period of fasting myself (the bowel needs a rest! it is overloaded) but I am to nutritionally depleted to do such a thing and my healing recovery power is too feeble.

In the meantime back the effects, the rectum continually irritated, internal inflammation, and must be pressuring against the abodmen and like with constant cramping, crippling fatigue, burning of the eyes, parts of the skin, sore tongue (the body is trying to unload waste in any outlet can find because it is overloaded and cant empty normally).

I have tried the simpliest of food before ( I went on a juicing diet for a large portion of time and this went well at first but I could never get back to solid food).

I believe in my case meds won't help ultimately because there is another issue at state here? Would surgery if I need it help? Any tests I can get like rectal or something to test this therory?

Please help this is like a slow painful death and am exhausted and is so much pain, I can't exercise to help bowel movement cause my muscles are so weak.

Most days I get about 8 glassese of water. The only time I feel better like I said when I fast and things start to heal up and come out slowly but to slow for my state. Perhaps Absorp plus would be a good idea. But what do about the stuff thats already in me, I mean how does that work with the pre digestested liquid diet. Should I unnatrually cleanse myself first (this would probably irraite things but then maybe with everything clear and on Asborp Plus things would heal up) or should I just go on Asorb Plus and would things gradually clear out? I guess I have a lot to learn

And no not takiing a fiber supplement, shouldn't I know do that when the bowel needs a rest or am I just going being dumb?

You're flaring, plain and simple...been there done that enough times to tell you that your explanation is a bit extensive and unnecessary.

Please call the doctor and get on rectal meds....your rectum is highly inflamed, and no matter how much you believe you need to fast (and not necessary with UC)...the inflammation in the rectum will be the last to heal anyway.

Please consider the rectal meds...
