"Processed" - It's all in the ingredients. If the pizza has tomatoes, real cheese, yeast, salt, oregano, olive oil, whole wheat or unbleached flour (NO pepperoni!), then it's OK. If it's full of colors, preservatives, nitrites, artificial flavors, dough conditioners, HFCS, mono- and diglycerides, etc., then it is a processed food and is to be avoided.
Is your latte a real one with just espresso and steamed milk? Or is it sweetened and flavored and full of artificial dairy substitutes?
See how that works? You have to find out the ingredients of everything you put in your mouth. It's great that you do homemade food - that's your best bet. Locally-owned independent restaurants that use real ingredients are what you need to do when eating out.
