yeah, eating it every day does get a little boring but i know it is good for me, so I carry on!! :) My daily diet right now looks pretty much like this:
Breakfast- banana
lunch- turkey & spinach sandwich
dinner- whatever we are having that night
snacks- activia yogurt and sunflower seeds
no matter what, i am eating spinach, the seeds and a banana every day (the banana is for the muscle cramps with prednisone!!)
PJs and bed- that is me today :)
