I take turmeric and I really like it. I chew two Fiber Choice tablets in the morning and drink a cup of kefir at night (I'm out of both! =o ) I want to try the bee propolis. I'm also on Boswellia but haven't noticed a difference with it. I may start taking it twice a day. Drinking dandelion tea is also helpful.
Oh and number five, I strongly agree. Also works wonders for arthritis. I'm afraid to ask the doctor about it though. She might think I just want it for fun lol
