I'm buying VSL #3 this week. Please tell me your experiences with this. It would be greatly appreciated.

Mix it in applesauce, it's gross in drinks.

I'd recommend taking the right dosage based on their guidelines....otherwise it can be a waste.

I ordered the CAPSULES from the official VSL#3 website (http://www.vsl3.com/) and they've been helping me quite a bit, to keep my stomach "under control" at times. I take 2 tablets before hitting the sheets every night and it's managed to REDUCE my night-time "bathroom trips" by 50% over the past few weeks, which is a MAJOR savior for me...

Didn't work for me - 2 packs a day for 2 months. Perhaps, as Rio says, it is best to mega mega mega dose at first, although theose 2 packs were like a trillion bacteria a day. I strongly recommend Forastor, a yeast-based probiotic that is proving to be shockingly effective in helping me get rid of chronic D.
