I have to post and ask for your suggestions again.
I am 6'1 tall and only 135LB! Though I am always a skinny guy, I am scared by the actual
135LB.
When I was in my 1st bad flare last Oct, I was ~130LB.
Now I am in remission and my weight changed from ~140LB to 135LB in around half a year.
I tried to eat a lot, at least more than normal, but I am still slowly losing my weight. I do not have too much pressure (at least for now) and I sleep a lot. So I can not figure out why I am losing my weight.
Any suggestions to gain weight? I heard Boost and Ensure, but I don't know whether those things are really good or not since I can not tolerate milk.
I'll vist my GI next month, do I need any test to see why I am thinner and thinner? In my
last visit, he just told me:" Hmmm, slim is way better than fat. "
