gall bladder and UC

I am pretty sure I have gall bladder problems.  I am having the dye test Friday.  Do you think my gall bladder problems are causing my UC flair up or vice versa?  Is your gall bladder related to your colon?  Just seeking information.  I think it would be great if I had my gall bladder removed, it would clear up my UC.  Wishful thinking?

By the dye test, do you mean an ERCP?

Did the doctor send you for ultrasound, MRI or anything like that before doing the dye test?
