Ew spinach and egg whites for breakfast? Nasty lol. I've always found Rice Krispies to be a good choice. Even now I have a bowl of rice krispies, a cup of vanilla Activia, and a glass of juice (preferably Simply Apple or orange).
Oh, sometimes I have Odwalla bars for breakfast with a glass of juice, that keeps me full for a long time, but if you can't tolerate fiber, I dunno. It might also be a good snack or lunch choice to help you lose weight =)
