Prednisone Pimples

Hello,

Has anyone noticed that right after they got off of prednisone that they had a breakout of pimples?  I noticed I had more pimples while on it , thought that they would leave once I was off of it and now I've got even more pimples. Honestly, I realize it's the least of worries but I was just curious. I hope everyone has a great weekend. Go Habs Go for all the hockey fans... : )

Yes I did. Most of it was on my back and shoulders. It went away eventually. You really find
out how much your significant other loves you when you ask : " Honey, can you come pop
this for me?" Good luck.

It was a side-effect I got a few times while on pred (no other side effect though) and once pred was completely out of my system they disappeared...and I only got them on my back. In the past when pred worked for me it was a life-saver on quite a few occassions.

Hello

I have little pimples on my back, but only my lower back... I have been on Pred since June, but I didn't notice the pimples until about 2 months after starting to take it. I'm tapering now and I'm hoping that when I get totally off Pred that they will go away.. I don't have pimples anywhere else though.. just my lower back...
