I started taking the Seed Powder this past weekend. I am taking one large teaspoonful each morning with a little bit of Ensure and some water. I am currently coming off Pred and was feeling great prior to taking the Seed Powder.....therefore, not sure if the Seed Powder is helping or not. Regardless, I will be off Pred in another week or so. Is one large teaspoonful enough or should I be taking more at one time or possibly another teaspoonful at night? I dont want to over do it but also have no baseline to track what impact this is having on me. Again, strange question since I am feeling great without any problems right now. But I plan to put this into my diet as part of a maintenance program along with my daily 2-3 packets of VSL #3. Any help would be appreciated by those currently on the Seed Powder.
