Thanks. Their B12 dose is very impressive. Here are the ingredients in one tablet for Rainbow Light for women. It even contains a probiotic. The mens' formula is similar but without iron. The amounts are high but remember that with IBD we have trouble absorbing all the vitamins from food.
I don't know how Forvia can brag about
their folic acid content to help 'discourage' bowel cancer in IBD patients. But they only have 200 mcg per tablet. Almost any other regular multivitamin has at least 400 mcg of folic acid. And their vitamin E is the artificial but cheap DL-alpha tocopherol which is not as effective as natural D-Alpha E.
I am sure that there are other brands better than Rainbow but check this out:

I am not spam.
Do not follow info from amateurs like me but please refer to your doctor before taking vitamins, even over-the-counter brands. For example if you are anemic then you will probably need more iron than what is contained in Rainbow. Most multis do not have vitamin K anymore because it can interfere with heart medications. Rainbow and Forvia do have K so consult with your doctor.
Another caveat that people do not think about
is getting a multi without PABA. Paba is part of the B complex but supposedly it can interfere with absorption of 5ASA or Sulferazine or one of those IBD medications. Consult with your doctor.
