I just stumbled upon this concept online..I dont exactly get what to do but I hear it works ..right now I take one packet per day of VSL. Does anyone here take VSL and something else or follow tihs "probiotic layering" concept?
If someone can explain this to me in a dumb-down response that would be awesome..thanks!
ETA: I use the UNFLAVORED VSL and I MIX WITH WATER. IS THIS OK? I NOTICED IT DOES NOT MIX IN WELL..IS THERE SOMETHING ELSE I SHOULD BE MIXING WITH?
