Thanks for the advice! I decided to become vegetarian--or mostly vegetarian--after watching Food Inc. I think I might eat meat only if it's antibiotic and hormone-free.
Well, I'm of Indian descent, so I do eat Indian food a few times a week for dinner. I guess the main concern is what to eat for lunch, especially when I'm out, or when I move out on my own and can't cook Indian food!
For example, if I get a vegetable wrap, 80% of it is lettuce, which I know will bother my guts. And I don't want to get any turkey or chicken ones b/c I highly doubt they're free of all the crap.
I am allergic to all fresh fruits--I get a burning sensation on my lips and throat when I eat fresh fruit.
I do love the Morningstar products!
