I just wanted to share with everyone my discovery through Traditional Chinese Medicine and the brilliant book -
Healing with Whole Foods by Paul Pitchford
that warming foods and drinks have really helped me.
I know everyone is different but my friend who has UC too has found eating/drinking this way hugely beneficial.
Basically make sure you put nothing cold in your system - food or drinks.
