I eat a considerable amount of food a day usually 3800-4000 calories a day in a total of 6-7 meals. So I do deal with bloating from time to time. Eventually your stomach will get used it over time. On a side note I started adding more vegetables to my diet and now I'm extrememly bloated from eating vegetables. I changed nothing else in my diet except eating 3 serving of veggies a day and my stomach hates me even more now.
I can eat loads of chicken, red meat, oatmeal, brown rice and etc.... but when it comes veggies my stomach doesn't agree with them.
