</b> five BM's about every other morning. That could be why I am "pooped out" too..lol. They are formed but sort of narrow and soft. No blood or mucus and no pain. I am using the Cort enemas (every other night), cort suppositories and Canasa, all on alternating nights. They seem to help too. I did eat too much yesterday, guess the prednisone is finally doing that to me, but I pooped it all out..lol. Today I am keeping a food diary and eating much more healthy than yesterday...no junk food at all. I picked up some Vitamin B12 because my multivitamin only contains a small amount of it. Maybe that will perk me up.
How are you feeling on the Remicade?
Goodness, Christine-I was hoping the Humira would put you into a really solid remission. Seems like you are having to use a lot of other things and are STILL not in remission! But I am glad that at least you are not having pain, blood or mucus. That is an improvement. Still, I wish you could get rid of the urgency and frequency. 5 is still quite a lot! I'll be interested to hear if the healthy eating helps-I know I should be making more of an effort on that front as well.
I am doing. This week, I have started going twice a day (and there were 2 days I went 3 times) rather than once, and I have been feeling more bloated this week also. And I have seen a few streaks of blood. Blah. It has only been 2.5 weeks since my last infusion-I really shouldn't be having these issues yet. But I have not been getting enough sleep, and that always affects my UC, and I haven't been handling my stress well lately either. That is the biggest killer for me-stress. So I need to work on those things. I just added Canasa back in last night, so hopefully that will help. Things are formed, but they are softer this week than they have been, so I don't want to let things go on like that, you know? Ugh-it is always something! Thanks for asking-sorry I gave you such a long response, lol!
