excess gas

hi... each time i take NSAIDS and stopping them cause me awful gas and very hard discharging.. i know they affect me very bad but must take

them i can't go out of the bed or go to the exam ...... now the pain is under the left ribs i wake up from sleep and taking any painkiller ,i cant

breath or even sneezing ? can excess gas cause pressure and cause this ?

mobic .i know it's very bad for uc but i cant do nothing with arthritics.

mobic or methotrexat,.............. just trying to avoid prednisone
