FODMAPS. Finally Help achieved with diet. PART I

I was dianosed in 1990. I threw away all of the poisonous meds in 1993. I gradually got better through whole foods and supplements. I became completely cured in April 2008, one week after I began drinking this every morning:

1 cup water
one cored pear, skin on
one cored apple, skin on

blend and drink.

I find it interesting to note that I was cured by two of the top three foods on your DO NOT EAT list - ?!?!?!?!

I am all for any nutritional solution that relieves suffering; however, it has been almost sixteen perfect months for me after twenty years of completely liquid bowels. I think that by restoring intestinal flora, healing and cleaning the colon walls, and commiting to a whole, real foods diet along with the above daily smoothie, that most people could see good results.

Hi guys,

I am new to this!I have always struggled with allergies and have tried so many diets including RPAH allergy diet with only small results.
I have chronic digestion problems and recently came across the FODMAP diet on google. Can someone please send me this diet I would really appreciate it.

I am going to try and find a way to post the FODMAP diet on the web. If someone knows how to do this can they please post hear and give me detailed instructions.
