i have no energy

I never have any energy any more.  I don't know what it is.  i am on remicade and it seems to be doing alright, the only problem with it is it doesn't seem to last the full 2 months.  i had to go at 6 weeks last time cause it was getting bad agian and doc didn't like that.  but right after i have it for like a month i am great us wise.  but i never have any energy.  doc says its like my body has been battleing this like someone would the flu and they don't have energy and that is why i don't have energy. 

does anyone else live with no energy.  i would sleep 12 hrs plus a day

First I would check blood for anemia. If that's OK it's probably your meds side effect. Drink more water. When I feel pooped it's usually due to dehydration.

Consider adding more veggies to your diet as well as protein. I use a juicer because I can't tolerate too much fiber from veggies although I try to eat some greens (spinach, collards) every day.

Protein is a strength builder. Of course you can take vitamins too, I just like to get them from food. Meat has a lot of vitamins, which I never knew.
