gelcap sizes

so Im trying to find out and estimate on the sizes of empty gel caps Im trying to make some plantain caps, certain plantain species is where psyllium seed comes from. The sizes of empty gelcaps online come primarily in 3 sizes 0, 00, and 000 but I couldnt find any "actual size" photos which way does it go is 0 the biggest or 000 and comparatively how big are they compared to say a Lialda or a Asacol sure some of you are familiar with the sizes of those two.
