I am feeling fine these days - I'm calling it "remission" though I haven't seen a doc to officially label it such - and when I do the 2 or 3 times per week Rowasa enema, I go several more times the next day and it is much less formed. On the days when I have skipped the Rowasa the preceding night, I'm going 2-3 times a day, well-formed.
So..... eventually, when you flare is cleared and you start tapering off the Rowasa, maybe you'll see more "normal" bms?
The fiber I take also helps clump my stool together to keep it formed.
