purple water?

I know purple specks have been discussed in the past, but how about purple water while poop is still in there? I had noticed the specks but never the water and it freaked me out this morning when I released my enema!!!!!

Okay so I couldn't wait for replies so I grabbed last nights enemas and put the remaining fluid in the toilet and watched it slowly change colors. I feel better now.

LOL...interesting, but you suspected it. i've never had that happen in the 21 years of using the enemas, but maybe it reacts with the water you have in your area. Maybe there was a watermain break or new chemicals were put in or during this time of year, there might be some sort of algae, etc.

Keep us posted on if it continues...very interesting.

I sat on the toilet for a while talking to my husband and didn't flush it right away. Lol
