VSL Vs. Renew Life Ultimate Flora

Has anyone had any experiences with these two products?  I am currently taking 1 t0 Billion capsule of Ultimate Flora at night, however, I have heard nothing but good things about VSL. 

I was diagnosed about a month and a half ago.  Currently I take 3 Colazal 3x daily, 2 Psyllium Seed Husk Pills, a multivitamin, 1 iron pill, and 1 Ultimate Flora 50 Billion.  I definitely feel like I have improved, but I also feel like I have hit a wall in the past 2 weeks.  I go back to the doctor on August 23rd and I am going to ask about rectal meds, however, I was just curious on peoples thoughts of these two products.

I feel that VSL helps a lot, and if you can get your doc to prescribe the Double Strength (which is prescription only) and if you have prescrip. insurance, you might end up paying less out of pocket for more billions of probiotics (VSL#3 DS has 900 billion per packet.)

But different probiotics tend to help different folks - not a "one size fits all", which makes treating this thing frustrating.
Rectal meds might well help you more - they do for many of us.

Or, try both - !

I have taken the Renew Life- Ultimate Flora Critical Care for a couple of years now and have great success with it.  I take I in the morning and 1 in the evening before bed and I seem to stay in remission for alot longer than I ever did without them.  I also alternate with Bio-K Plus probiotic which also contains 50 billion per container both have been great.  When I do feel any symptoms coming on I will increase to up to 4 a day.

I have never tried the VSL so I cannot comment on it.

Thanks, VSL, and even Renew Life are a bit pricey, thats why I was asking.
