constipated plz help.

I've been constipated for over a week, I have maybe passed 2 or 3 grape sized....ummm....well u know. I've taken 2 doses of exlax in 8 days and nothing, yes i drank a lot of water with them. My stomach is so bloated! I dont know what to do, the exlax is something i never take. it was suppose to be my last resort. Help me. what do i do?

Do you have Ulcerative Colitis?

I just couldnt find a place to ask this question, except here. and i've never been diagnosed with UC. I just know, i've always had bowel movements every 3 or 4 days. Never gone this long.

Get it checked out.
With a Primary Physician first, and see if he sends you to a GI.

You need to go to the ER. I had this happen to me last week. I drank miralax for three days and nothing. You should get tested for a bowel obstruction. I ended up drinking Citrate Magnesia and it helped me out, but you should get tests done to make sure it's not something serious.

Eat lots of veggies & salad.... since u dnt have UC so fresh salad will not hurt you. I was also constipated earlier and the only relief came with tonns of salad/fruits in evening.
