it at this point. you could increase to 2000 IU...but make sure your next doc's appt has him/her check out your levels.
It is coming winter...and maybe 3000 would be better.
There is much info about
vitamin D, but in truth, I think they're just learning about
it and considering most of us are low in it shows they're "daily dosaging" facts need to be seriously revamped.
I have no qualms about
taking 4000 IU, but I have dropped to 3600 depending on my calcium intake.
