Alinus - I sometimes have similar pain like that. I used to have it more often, can't say I've noticed that it's been more frequent since trying this diet.
Well i'm back from Italy. Things were going quite well for me out there, I had a couple of tins of spinach in my suitcase and ate those each morning. For the 3 days I was out there I stayed on 2 BMs/day, which i was happy with.
I had a bit of a nightmare journey home (problems with planes and trains), and I ended up getting home late and tired. The next day my BMs were looser than normal. For the last week I've had quite loose BMs/D. I can't seem to get back to my pre-Italy state. It's quite weird because i don't really have any pain, no bleeding. no mucous, just the D that I can't seem to budge for the moment. I'm now averaging 3 BMs/day, which isn't too bad (relatively speaking) but I'm really keen to try to get back to how it was a few weeks ago. Looking at my food diary, one of the differences is that I haven't made any SCD yoghurt recently, but i can't believe that SCD yoghurt would help bind the BMs. I'll keep at it.
