Hi! Glad to see you're still doing well.
RE: Growth ultrasounds, you should know that they are notoriously WRONG. 2 days before I had my baby, the ultrasound people estimated him at 9 pounds, 3 oz. They wanted to induce or c/s me, but I decided to wait and see when he would make his own entrance.
I delivered him vaginally, and he was 7 pounds, 0 oz. I was warned allll about tearning, but I didn't tear AT ALL, not even a little bit. I was up and walking an hour after he was born, and I felt great. Ultrasound weights are a GUESS, and they're wrong all the time. If I had been induced, or if I'd agreed to a c/s, I would have been MIGHTY annoyed!
Induction and C-Sections generally aren't a good idea if you can avoid them. They are much harder on you and the baby than doing things the old-fashioned way. Personally, I say wait for your little one to make an entrance, you'll be amazed at what your body is capable of. Most womens' bodies won't make a baby too big to get out!
