Vitamins

Just before I had this flair, I started taking a new vitamin from GNC--women's mega energy and metabolism. It turned my pee bright yellow--it looked like it could glow in the dark. Since this flair-up I have stopped taking that vitamin. I'm not blaming the vitamin, but I'm really afraid to take anything.  Can anyone recommend a good, safe multi-vitamin?

Same here, Rainbow Light, but for me the men's version of course.

Please check out our threads re taking extra vitamin D3. Or at least google 'vitamin D IBD', 'vitamin d cancer' heart disease, Crohn's or anything. Most are shocked at their level of deficiency after they finally get their blood levels tested.

I think I used the same stuff and my pee was bright yellow. There's just too much in that stuff and it's waisted in the pee. Also I think it made me feel sick in my belly so I stopped using it. I just stick to the addtional vit and mineral in my profile and hope food provides the rest.
