We have found that psyllium seed powder does not cause as much bloating as the psyllium husk does. Maybe because there is less fiber? We have also found that the psyllium seed powder and probiotics seem to work very well together.
The psyllium seed powder has worked wonders for us. We mix it with applesauce, cinnamon and VSL#3DS.
