I am a college professor (though currently unemployed). The good thing about
teaching at the college level is that your hours are somewhat flexible. I usually avoided early morning classes as I had a say in the schedule and what days and times I would teach. I do/did a lot of work at home, preparation, making powerpoints, grading, etc. During office hours it is easy to run to the bathroom. So the only times that could be a potential problem would be while in class teaching. My classes were an hour and 15 minutes for lecture classes and 2 hours for studio. I would teach 3 courses a semester that met 2 days a week each. My worst situation was having painful cramping and gas while lecturing and trying to pretend like everything was fine when I wanted to bend over and curl up in a ball because of the pain. Luckily that did not happen too much. When I am flaring mornings and evenings are the worst so I usually avoided having classes during those times.
